At Coastal Keys, our mission is to provide trusted, reliable, and personal care for second homes and holiday properties along the North Norfolk coast. We understand the peace of mind that comes from knowing your home is safe, secure, and well cared for- especially when you’re not nearby. With a background of 16 years in local policing, we bring the same values of integrity, vigilance, and community trust to every property we look after. Through regular inspections, clear communication, and genuine local knowledge, our goal is to give every homeowner complete confidence that their Norfolk home is in the best possible hands

We are Hannah & Ryan- experienced former local Police Officers, committed to providing personalised service, with excellent local knowledge and offering the best local keyholding service to our clients.
At home we have young children, a loveable Cockapoo- Polly and a cat who probably owns us- Tom!
In our spare time you will find us either on the beach, trying to master Squash (our new hobby) or tackling the ongoing renovation of our Victorian family home
